Preferences pane

A – IQ Rate is a selection of how to display the IQ rate selection in the main form setup
tab (either Bandwidth or Sample Rate)
B – Self Test on Initialize specifies whether or not a self test is run via the IVI-COM
driver upon initialization (Initialize button on main form setup tab)
C – Clocking Mode specifies which clock mode is used:
Ext Clk [=] 3.2GHz sample clock is provided to each M9703A via front-panel SMA clock
input (this is currently the only supported option for multi-module sync to achieve best
variance)
AXIe100 [=] AXIe 100MHz backplane reference clock multiplied up using M9703A
internal PLL.
Internal [=] Exclusively onboard clocking circuits in the M9703A (single M9703A only)
External [=] External reference clock applied to front panel of M9703A (single M9703A
only)
D – Self Calibration specifies whether a fast calibration or full calibration is conducted
per M9703A during configuration (Configure button on main form setup tab). For more
details on the differences or consequences of one calibration type vs the other,
please see MD1 IVI-COM driver documentation. Currently not doing a calibration is
not supported because of these types of measurements we strongly advise against it
(especially when using multi-module sets because time alignment will not work
correctly).
