Byte 5 – Manual Temp Alarm Setting.

Byte 1 – Averaging (0x0 for "2-4", 0x02 for "8", and 0x06 for "16").
Byte 2 – Sensitivity (0x0 for Maximum, 0x01 for Normal).
Byte 3 – Low Pulse Rate Limit Setting.
Byte 4 – High Pulse Rate Limit Setting.
Byte 5 – Low Saturation Limit Setting.
