Troubleshooting

Fault
Power supplied, but the camera
cradle is not moving
Head not operating
Camera or payload moving too far on the pan
and / or tilt axis
Intermittent or no communications

Check that the tilt lock is disengaged
Check the power switch is ON
Ensure that the power and Ethernet cables
are connected and secure
Check mains power supply to the head
Check the head fuse and replace as
necessary
Check the settings of the soft limits
Check Ethernet cable
Check Ethernet cable is CAT5E FTP

If possible, try using another Ethernet cable.
