Troubleshooting

Fault
Power supplied, but the camera cradle
is not moving.
Head not operating.
Camera and payload moving too far on
the pan and/or tilt axis.
Intermittent or no communications,

Check that the tilt lock is disengaged.
Check that the power switch is ON.
Ensure that the power and Ethernet
cables are connected and secure.
Check mains power supply to head.
Check the head fuse and replace as
necessary.
Check the settings of the soft limits.
Check Ethernet cable.
Check the Ethernet cable is CAT5E FTP.

Check that power is being supplied from
the pedestal, height drive or studio
supply.

If the fuse continually blows, contact your

If possible, try using another Ethernet
cable, as this one may be damaged.
