Assembly; Remove The Generator From The Shipping Carton; Install The Wheel Kit; Connect The Battery - Champion 100111 Owner's Manual

ASSEMBLy

Your generator requires some assembly. This unit ships
from our factory without oil or fuel. It must be properly
serviced with fuel and oil before operation.
If you have any questions regarding the assembly of your
generator, call our help line at 1-877-338-0999. Please
have your serial number and model number available.

Remove the Generator from the Shipping Carton

1. Set the shipping carton on a solid, flat surface.
2. Remove the cardboard completely from over the
generator.
3. Remove everything from the carton/pallet, except the
generator.

Install the Wheel Kit

CAUTION
The wheel kit is not intended for over-the-road use.
1. Make sure all items have been removed from the
shipping carton/pallet and double check for any items
that may be in the generator frame.
2. With the generator still on the pallet install the wheel.
3. Slide the wheel pin roll through the wheel from the
outside.
4. Slide the wheel pin roll through the mount point on
the frame.
5. Slide the washer and secure with the R-Pin.
6. Secure with the R-Pin.

Install the Wheel Kit Cont'd.
7. Repeat steps 2-5 to attach the second wheel.
8. Remove wooden blocks from behind the support leg.
9. Slide the unit forward until the wheels touch the
ground. Then raise handle to pull the unit out from
the wood pallet.

Connect the Battery

1. Remove the protective cover from the red (+) lead on
the battery.
2. Attach the red (+) lead to the red (+) terminal on the
battery with the cap screw (M5x12) and secure with
the lock washer (M5).
3. Repeat steps 1-2 for the black (–) battery lead.
