Turn appliance off.
Turn gas supply off.
Remove regulator cap and adjustment nut.
Remove regulator spring and replace with correct gas type spring.
Replace regulator cap.
Remove pilot assembly cover.
Remove from valve, oxy pilot thermocouple.
Remove from pilot, spark lead and pilot gas tube.
Replace pilot assembly with correct gas type assembly.
Refit pilot tube and spark lead.
Refit oxy thermocouple to valve.
Refit pilot cover.
Adjust burner aeration caps to fully open (ULPG setting). Tighten screws after adjusting.
Remove gas pipe from injector.
Remove injector and replace with correct size.
Refit injector and retighten gas pipe.
Tighten injector retaining screw.
Refit pilot assembly, leads and pilot gas tubes.
Refit pilot cover.
Reconnect burner and refit to appliance/installation.
Attach manometer to burner test point.
Start appliance and adjust burner pressure (high setting) to correct pressure.
Remove manometer and tighte test point.
Check for gas leaks.
Check for appliance spillage where applicable.
