4.9.3 Device Information

The Device Information report provides technical information about your printer. Neuralog
support might ask you to check this information to verify that you have the correct and latest
Neuralog printer configuration. This includes 1536 MB of installed memory and a reported
processor speed of 1200 MHz. The versions of printer and CFA firmware are also reported on
this panel. Neuralog support might ask you to check the following specific values:
 Engine Version reported as Engine
 RIP Version reported as Base
 Continuous Form Attachment version reported as CFA

4.9.4 Media Calibration Report

The Media Calibration report provides statistical data about the last continuous print made by
the printer. It displays printer data used in calculating speed adjustments the printer will use in its
automatic media calibration. Neuralog support might ask you to check this information to verify
that your printer is working properly.
This report must be run on the printer after the continuous job. This can be accomplished by
ftping the report, available on the neuralog website or on the printer driver CD that shipped with
your printer. It can also be accessed through a bookmark stored on the printer. To access this
report, select Bookmarks from your printer operator panel and select the Calibration Report
bookmark. The report is found on the neuralog website at.
