8.7.2 Stacker is not running
The stacker should be running whenever the printer is printing. This means that the
wheels at the back of the printer that push the continuous form media into the basket
are turning. The stacker wheels also turn during printer bootup. If the stacker wheels
do not turn at all contact Neuralog support.
8.7.3 Stacker is not running correctly
If the stacker is not running correctly the continuous form media tends to bunch up at
the end of the print as the printer slows down. This should not cause any problems in
folding.
If the stacker begins to "miss out" or make a noise, it could be that it is overheating.
This occurred on prototypes and has not been seen on production models. If you do
observe this be sure to call Neuralog support.
