Checking the pump delivery rate

- Connect the flow meter to the test-gas inlet.
- Press the "Pump" button.
Check: That a delivery rate of > 4 l/min is
achieved during zero adjustment.
That an overall delivery rate of > 8 l/min is
achieved after zero adjustment.
- Connect the flow meter to the zero-gas inlet, press the "Pump" button.
Check: That a delivery rate of > 4 l/min is achieved during zero adjustment.
If the above tests are failed, increase the pump capacity step-by step in input mode as described in Section 4.1.9, "Adjusting the pump
capacity", until the overall delivery rate exceeds 8 l/min. Do not increase the pump capacity unnecessarily.
If the overall delivery rate does not reach 8 l/min, replace the pump seal kit to Section 10.10.
Check the flow values after replacing the seal kit.
In input mode, set the maximum pump capacity to 15.
The overall delivery (after zero adjustment) must be > 10 l/min. If not, a further fault is present.
In input mode, reduce the overall delivery rate step-by-step until it is just > 8 l/min (normal operating value).
