The mains plug is removed, the mains switch of the specimen device is switched on.
Following assembly work on the exhaust-gas analyzer, check that all protective conduc-
tors are correctly connected and mechanically secure. For protective-conductor con-
nections, refer to the circuit diagram in Sections 12.1 and 12.2.
Test the protective-conductor contact of the mains plug to the floor panel of the pump
housing and to the mains transformer:
Check the mains plug and contacts L and N to the protective conductor:
R > 10 MΩ Ω Ω Ω Ω
The exhaust-gas analyzer is fully assembled, the mains plug is withdrawn and the mains
switch of the specimen device is switched on. Group the terminals as follows:

Checking:

Remove all test connections, check the start-up of the exhaust-gas analyzer until the
warm-up phase is reached.
