Replacing the sensor board

This module may be replaced on its own or together with the assembly panel. If replacing the module alone, solder on the connectors
for the engine-speed / oil-temperature and O2 measuring sensor as shown in the circuit diagram in Section 8.15.4.
Following replacement:
- Check the start-up process (Section 5.4).
- Fine-tune zero of oxygen measurement (Section 4.1.8).

10.10 Replacing the pump seal kit

- Remove the 4 fastening screws of the pump from the floor of the device (M5x16).
The pump can now be moved sufficiently to allow replacement of the seal kit. The connecting line does not have to be removed.
- Remove the 4 fastening screws of the appropriate pump housing (M3x35).
The connecting housing and valve housing can now be removed. The valve plates and sealing rings can now be replaced.
If the pump diaphragms also need replacing, the piston rod must be unscrewed from the oscillating plunger. To do this, hold the piston
rod tightly with an open-ended spanner (width across flats 7) and remove the screws.
! Note the installation location of the cushioning rubber and washer!
Now replace the pump diaphragms.
