- Temperature-compensation selection is set to "no
- Temperature compensation was started during the warm-up
phase.
- Device had not cooled sufficiently prior to temperature

compensation.

- Ambient temperature fluctuated greatly during temperature
compensation.
- ADC values show excessive temperature sensitivity.
- Foreign gases are diffused into the system during tempera-
ture compensation.
- If temperature compensation was terminated incorrectly, all
further measurement is disabled.
