Purpose of the Manual
This manual describes the communication profile of the SIPROTEC Communication Module with MODBUS
TCP.
Target Audience
Protection system engineers, commissioning engineers, persons entrusted with the setting, testing and main-
tenance of automation, selective protection and control equipment, and operational crew in electrical installa-
tions and power plants.
Scope
This manual is valid for the SIPROTEC Communication Module with MODBUS TCP.
