Formula for calculation:

* 38 * N * 1000/(sample volume (in ml))
N = normality of thiosulphate solution
Example
Consumption B = 10.6 ml; c (thiosulphate solution) = 0.02 N;
Sample volume = 20 ml
Thus
c (PES) = 10.6 x 38 x 0.02 x 1000/20 = 403 ppm or 0.0403 %.
