Indoor Unit

Operation Lamp
The operation lamp blinks when any of the following errors is detected.
1. When a protection device of the indoor or outdoor unit is activated, or when the thermistor
2. When a signal transmission error occurs between the indoor and outdoor units.
In either case, conduct the diagnostic procedure described in the following pages.

In case of wireless remote controller, a signal receiver PCB and a display PCB are installed on
indoor unit. When the error occurs, the operation lamp on the display PCB blinks.
Caution:
When operation stops suddenly and the operation lamp blinks, it could be operation mode conflict.
Check followings;
Are the operation modes all the same for the indoor units connected to multi system outdoor unit?
If not, set all the indoor units to the same operation mode and confirm that the operation lamp is not
blinking.
Moreover, when the operation mode is automatic, set all the indoor unit operation mode as cooling
or heating and check again if the operation lamp is normal.
If the lamp stops blinking after the above steps, there is no malfunction.
 Operation stops and operation lamp blinks only for indoor unit which different operation mode is
set later. (The first set operation mode has priority.)
Service Monitor
The indoor unit has one green LED (LED A) on the control PCB. When the microcomputer works in
order, the LED A blinks.
Troubleshooting
malfunctions.
The error or warning message also blinks on the basic screen.
