"13-O": Digital Line Failure
(1) Meaning
The system message "13-O" indicates that such a fault as a frame loss, multi-frame loss, etc. has occurred more
than 16 times in a one-hour period consecutively during data transfer from the NEAX2400 IMS to the DRU.
(2) Related System Messages
If the fault of the digital line is restored to normal, the system message "13-P" is printed out.
