During data transfer from the NEAX2400 IMS to the DRU, such a fault as
frame loss, multi-frame loss, signal link down detect, etc. has occurred.
A fault represented by the system message "13-N" has occurred more than
16 times consecutively within a 1-hour period.
The fault indicated by the system message "13-N" or "13-O" has been re-
stored to normal.
The DRU is operating on the backup battery because the AC source power

supply has failed.
The AC source power supply has been restored to normal.
