Installation Procedure
iR C6800C / iR C6800CN / iR 5800C / iR 5800CN
Keep the following in mind when installing the NE
Controller-A1 to its host machine:
1. The work must be performed in strict compliance
with the laws and regulations of the local
authorities.
2. The host machine must have properly been
installed.
3. The host machine's power plug must be
disconnected.
4. The screws must be identified by type (length,
diameter) and location.
5. The setup data for the controller must be saved to a
PC at the service station.
1) Remove the 2 screws [2] of the top cover [1] of the
controller, and detach the cover.

2) Connect the connector [1] of the power supply unit
to the connector [2] of the controller.

3) Remove the 4 screws [1], and detach the face plate
[2] of the host machine's rear cover (upper).

4) Connect the cable [1] of the controller to the host
machine's connector [2].

5) Mount the controller [1] to the host machine's rear
cover (upper) using 4 screws [2]. (Use the screws
that come with the controller.)
