Installing the installation frame
First, push the profile seal (item 8) onto the container all
the way to the ledge, and then spread a commercial san-
itary lubricant on it from the outside. Now slide the instal-
lation frame (item 1) on the profile seal (item 8) and place
the seal (item 6) into the mounting frame.
The cover (item 2) that is to be inserted now can be
mounted on both sides. The recessed side allows for til-
ing, so that only the grate (item 7) can be seen in the floor.
After installing the cover, insert the seal (item 5), the odor
trap (item 3), the float (Item 4) and the grate (item 7).
Installing the container
Align the container at the installation location and determine the position of the desired feed streams. Connect inlet and
vent line with a push-fit socket and an O-ring. The vent pipe must be installed in a continuously rising fashion.
Connect the pressure line leading to the channel connection to the thread of the outstanding double nipple R 1¼" screw
and relocate to the sewer connection or drain via a backflow loop, i.e. the cable must be laid over the channel level. In
addition to observing the general principles for installation of lifting equipment, please also observe the DIN 1986.
Drop the collection container in the provided pit, weigh down with stones or the like, to prevent on-float of the container
during concreting, then concrete the container.
Once it has been ensured that no groundwater presses against the bottom plate of the container, it is sufficient to encase
the upper shaft part in concrete and embed the lower part in gravel.
