9. Add Siren (OK?)
• Remove the siren cover. Ensure
the siren power is switched off and set
the program switch number 1 to ON to
clear memory as shown.
• Press the siren learn button a few times
to drain any residual power.
• Switch on the siren power and wait for the siren
LEDs to flash and siren beep
• Then set the program switch number
1 to OFF, ready for learning in.

Did you hear the siren beep when you press
the learn button on the siren? If not select No
and step 10 will be repeated.

Select Yes to learn in siren. Select No to skip

After selecting Yes, the siren should beep

Did the siren beep in the last step? If not
select No and go back to step 12
14. Add siren / Next step
You can add more siren or you can select to
move to the next step by using the p/q key.
15. Set Tel. Number for alert (OK?)
Key in the full telephone number (number you
want to alert in the event of an alarm)
16. Set 2nd num? Y/N
Select yes if you want the system to call more
than one telephone number. Maximum 3
numbers can be stored.
17. Reset Number / Next step
Select reset Number to go back to step 15.
Select next step to move forward.
18. Rec Name&address 10 sec (OK?)
Press
record your message. Please say your name
and address slowly.

19. Record again / Next step
Select record again to go back to step 18.
Select next step to progress.
20. Test call?
You can choose to test the telephone message calling
feature with the Yes/No option. To make a test call plug in
the telephone line cord supplied into the control panel as
shown. Find a convenient telephone line wall socket and
plug the other end of the cord in. Follow the on-screen
instructions to complete the test.
• Check with the called party before doing the test.
• Four messages will be played:
· Address message you have just recorded
· Burglar message
· Emergency message
· Acknowledgement message
• The call can be terminated by the recipient pressing "9"
on the phone or by pressing the
• If the call is being made to a mobile or DECT radio phone,
press "9" repeatedly to cancel the call.
21. Call again / Next step
Select Call again to repeat test call.
22. Set Date/Time (OK?)
Press 3. Follow the on-screen instructions to
set both the time and date.
• The date and time is set by using the p/q
keys and then pressing 3 when finished.
