Field
RIP
Select Enable, the router communicates with other
RIP-enabled devices.
Apply
Click it to save the settings of this page.
Interface
Choose the router interface that uses RIP.
Recv Version
Choose the interface version that receives RIP messages. You
can choose RIP1, RIP2, or Both.
Send Version
The working mode for sending RIP messages. You can
choose RIP1 or RIP2.
Add
Click it to add the RIP interface to the Rip Config List.
Delete
Select a row in the Rip Config List and click it to delete the
row.

4.7.2 NAT

DMZ
Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) is used to provide Internet services without sacrificing
unauthorized access to its local private network. Typically, the DMZ host contains devices
accessible to Internet traffic, such as web (HTTP) servers, FTP servers, SMTP (e-mail)
servers and DNS servers.
Choose Advanced Settings > NAT > DMZ, the page shown in the following figure
appears.
The following describes how to configure manual DMZ.
Step 1
Select WAN interface.
Step 2
Enter an IP address of the DMZ host.
Description
Choose RIP1 indicates the router receives RIP v1
messages.
Choose RIP2 indicates the router receives RIP v2
messages.
Choose Both indicates the router receives RIP v1 and
RIP v2 messages.
Choose RIP1 indicates the router broadcasts RIP1
messages only.
Choose RIP2 indicates the router multicasts RIP2
messages only.
