3½–4 turns in an anticlockwise direction
1. Set the fan speed using parameters.
2. Check the setting of the gas/air ratio.

Checking and setting the gas/air ratio

1. Unscrew the cap from the flue gas measuring point.
2. Insert the probe for the flue gas analyser into the measurement
opening.
Warning
During measurement, seal the opening around the sensor fully.

The flue gas analyser must have a minimum accuracy of
±0.25% O
/CO
.

The flue gas analyser must meet the requirements of BS 7927
or BS-EN 503793 and be calibrated according to the manufac­
turer's requirements.
3. Measure the percentage of O
urements at full load and at part load.
Important
Measurements must be taken with the front casing off.
Performing the full load test
1. Press the two
keys at the same time.
The
symbol appears on the display. The boiler is now set to
full load.
