Cause
Pruning shears are too hot. ► Allow the pruning shears to dry.
Battery not fully charged.

Remedy
► Reduce working speed or thickness of cut
► Recharge the battery fully as described in the
instruction manual for the STIHL AL 101, 300, 500
chargers.
► Replace the battery.
► Sharpen the cutting blade.
► Adjust play between cutting and anvil blades.
► Lubricate cutting and anvil blades with grease
gun.
► Sharpen the cutting blade.
► Adjust play between cutting and anvil blades.
► Replace the cutting blade.
