Power connector cable
Before removing the power connector cable, follow these steps:
1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn
the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet, and
then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.

Remove the power connector cable:
1. Remove the Phillips M2.5×6.0 screw (1) from the left display hinge.
2. Rotate the left display hinge upward (2).
3. Release the power connector cable from the retention clips and routing channel built into the computer
and speaker (3).
4. Remove the power connector cable from the computer (4).
Reverse this procedure to install the power connector cable.
