Billing and printer usage information appears on the Billing Meters screen. The impression counts
shown are used for billing.

To view billing meter usage information:

1. At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. To select the Machine Information option, press the OK button.
3. To select the Billing Meters option, press the Down Arrow button as many times as necessary,
then press the OK button.
A page is one side of a sheet of paper. A sheet that has printing on two sides counts as two
impressions.
The usage counts appear on the screen for the following types of impressions:
• Total
• Black
• Large
• Maintenance
• Black Copied
• Black Printed
