Periodic Inspection

This section shows items that should be inspected once or twice every six months to a year.
Also, check this items when the equipment has been relocated or modified, or wiring layout has been changed.

Inspection method Acceptance criteria
Measure the temperature by 0 to 55
using a thermometer.
Measure the humidity by using 5 to 95 %RH
a hygrometer.
Measure corrosive gases. No corrosive gases.
Measure a voltage between the 85 to 264 VAC
terminals of 100/200 VAC and
15.6 to 31.2 VDC
24 VDC.
Touch the module to check for The module must be mounted
the looseness and rattling. securely.
Check visually. No dirt or foreign material is
attached.
Check for the terminal screw The terminal screws are not
looseness. loose.
Check the clearance between The proper clearance has been

Corrective action
Create the environment that
satisfies the acceptance criteria.
Change the power supply.
Fix the module with screws. If
the module is loose, retighten
the screws.
Remove any dirt or foreign
material.
Retighten the terminal screws.
Provide the proper clearance
between the solderless
terminals.
Connect the connector without
looseness.
