Selects whether or not service error codes are output.
When "Output" is selected, service error codes are displayed and in reports.
[Bit 1]
Selects whether or not error dump lists are output.
[Bit 7]
When "setting restricted" is selected, certain items cannot be set by the user, depending
on the country setting. When "setting possible" is selected, all items are user selectable, re-
gardless of the country type setting.
