MPU (IC34)
µPD703107GJ-025-UEN (V850E-MA1) from NEC is an MPU used to control the com-
munications exchanged on the line.
It is equipped with a 256K-byte internal ROM and a 10K-byte internal RAM, and is
driven by 3.3 V.
ASIC (IC46)
MB87J1762PFVS from Fujitsu is an ASIC (chip-D) used for JBIG coding/decoding and
SDRAM control. A 64M-bit SDRAM is connected to it.
