Customer Support

The support page in the Embedded Web Server displays contact information for customer service.
To add your own custom information:
1. In the Embedded Web Server, click Home.
2. In the Quick Links area, click Support.
3. In the Support Information area, for Customer Support, click Edit.
4. Update the fields with your information, then click OK.

Note:
If your network uses a proxy server, configure the Proxy Server settings of the printer to
ensure that the printer can connect to the Internet.
To enable Xerox Online Support:
1. In the Embedded Web Server, click Home.
2. In the Quick Links area, click Support.
3. In the Options area, click Online Support.
