This menu can be used to reset the device to factory defaults. Your current con guration will
be lost. This procedure can also be initiated by pressing and holding the Reset button for
at least ve seconds. A successfully initiated factory reset can be noticed by all LEDs having
been turned on. The factory reset will set the IP address of the rst Ethernet interface back
to 192.168.1.1. You will be able to communicate again with the device using the default
network parameters. You may store the currently running con guration as factory defaults
which will reside active even when a factory reset has been initiated (e.g. by your service
staff).
Please ensure that this corresponds to a working con guration. A real factory reset to the
default settings can be achieved by restoring the original factory con guration and initiating
the factory reset again.
