The braking distance is too short or the speed is too high for the
sliding unit.
Extend braking distance or reduce speed
(see page 25/27).
The end points are incorrectly set.
Repeat automatic end point search (see page 23).
The sensitivity level for obstacle detection has been set too high.
Reduce sensitivity level for obstacle detection
(see page 26).
The sliding unit is running jerkily rather than smoothly and is
sticking.
Clear possible sticking places and remove any dirt.
The guide rails are not mounted level, so that the sliding unit has
to run uphill.
Correct the installation of the guide rails.
If system is mounted outside:
Guide rails or toothed belt are iced up.
Remove ice from the guide rails.
