LAN on Motherboard (LOM) riser card

The LOM riser card installed inyour system is an integrated network interface controller. You can remove andinstall the LOM riser card.

Removing the LOM riser card

1 Followthesafetyguidelineslistedinthe Safetyinstructions section.
2 FollowtheprocedurelistedintheBefore workinginside yoursystemsection.
3 Keep the Phillips #2 screwdriverready.
Steps
1 Remove the two screws that secure the LOM riser card to the system board.
2 Lift the card from the system board.
