PROBLEM
Hydraulic hose or tubeline
restriction(hoses/tubline) kinked or pinched.
Lift cylinder piston assembly leakage.
Slow or erratic lift Relief valve erratic or set below
specifications.
Control valve leaking internally.(hypassing
fluid within valve).
Inadequate hydraulic pump capacity.
Engine R.P.M. too slow.
Excessive load - material weight exceeds
specified loader capacity.
Relief valve setting below specifications.
Inadequate lifting

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Check hoses and tubelines for evidence of
restriction.
Check cylinders for leakage. Repair as
needed.
Check and reset relief valve. Setting as
needed.
Replace control valve and recheck operation.

Increase engine R.P.M.
Reduce Load.
