Wipe the pick-up rollers clean with a damp cloth wrung out thoroughly.
1. Thoroughly wipe the roller grooves.
2. Rotate the pick-up roller from front to back. If the roller does not turn, apply more force
when rotating it.
3. Repeat this process once or twice until the pick-up roller makes one full rotation.
Important
• Do not use paper towels or tissue paper. Cut paper chips or paper dust entering the printer
may cause failures.
• Do not directly touch the pick-up roller.

After completion of cleaning, close the upper unit, then close the ink tank door.
