Acquiring fluorescence images
TIP
For the best image quality, keep the intensity as low as possible in order to avoid bleaching while you search for a suitable fluorescent cell.
You will need to maximize the gain to be able to see something. At the same time, the exposure time should be typically below 200 ms, to
have enough frame refreshing rate and screen comfortably the sample (Figure 31).
2. Now you are ready to focus on the fluorescent image (use the Z knob for that).
