The top foam has been removed.
The sensor on the CCM board detects when the top foam is in place. If the
foam is removed, the fan is switched and peltier elements are switched off,
and the error message is generated.
Probable Causes
• The top foam was removed during operation.
• Foam not activating the sensor.
Suggested Actions
1100 Series TCC Reference Manual
Replace the top foam.
Exchange the foam.
