useful to assign summer time.

TRAFFIC ANALYSIS

Description
The system can monitor and print various system
activities based on the system attendant's
request. The information can be used to;
l
Monitor and evaluate system performance
l
Observe current usage and recommend
corrective actions, if needed.
l
Determine possible trunk problems
l
Recommend system updates and upgrades
The traffic-monitoring program is activated only
when enabled and will continue accumulating
statistics until disabled. The traffic data is output
to the RS-232C port upon manual request. LDK
system will support the following traffic reports of
a resource;
l
Attendant Traffic Report
l
Call Summary Report
l
Call Hourly Report
l
H/W Unit Usage Summary Report
l
CO Traffic Summary Report
l
CO Traffic Hourly Report
Operation
The traffic analysis is only available at system
attendant. Refer to the "Attendant Programming
Menu Table".
To print all summary report,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 0121.
3. Select Measurement Time type.
4. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
To print all summary traffic report periodically,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 0122.
3. Select Measurement Time type.
4. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
To cancel periodic printing of all summary traffic
report,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 0123.
3. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
To print the traffic report,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial 0124~0129.
3. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
Admin Programming

Condition
1.
This feature is available at system attendant.
2.
The measurement type can be one of
Today's peak time, Yesterday's peak time,
Last hour, Yesterday's total and Today's total.
3.
The Printing of all summary service will
generate
attendant
summary report, H/W unit usage summary
report, and CO traffic summary report.

Traffic Analysis - Attendant

Description
LDK system supports the following report to
analyze the attendant resource.
Attendant Traffic Report
You may understand attendant's service status
with statistics of all attendants. You can choose
one of the followings; time duration, today's peak
time,
yesterday's
yesterday's total and today's total. It provides the
following information field.
Analysis Start Hour – Starting time of hour
-
duration which the data is recorded
-
Attendant Number – the station number of
attendant
-
Total Calls – The number of total incoming
calls except CO ring group call, hold recall
ring
