CO Line Ring Assignment (PGM 144)

Weekly Time Table (PGM 233)
Condition
1. All CO lines can be assigned to ring at all
stations by Admin Programming during Day,
Night, weekend and their combination mode.
2. To receive CO line ring. The station should
have {CO} button or {LOOP} button.
3. If a station is assigned to Weekend mode, it
will be operated as programmed in Weekly
Time Table (PGM 233).
4. The Day, Night, On-demand and Weekend
modes can be set by Attendant manually.
5. If manual and automatic ring mode service is
set simultaneously, the system will follow
only automatic ring mode service.

CO LINE RELEASE GUARD TIME

Description
This is the time taken for exchange switching
equipment to be fully restored to the idle condition
after release of a CO line by a station.

CO Line Release Guard Timer
(PGM 180-BTN 19)
Condition
1.
The CO line is considered to be busy in CO
line Release Guard Time.
2.
The CO line Release Guard time is not
applied to analog DID line.
CO RING DETECT – Analog CO only
Description
To detect ring cadence from a CO line, there are
two timers; Ring Detect and Ring Stop allow for
flexible ring detection on an incoming CO line call.

Condition
1.
The CO line ring should make ring over CO
Ring On time and should be detected
continuously in CO line Ring Off time.
2.
The CO line Ring On time or CO line Ring
Off time cannot be assigned to each CO line.
(System Base)
CO STEP CALL – Analog CO only
Description
When a station receives a busy tone after placing
a CO line call, the user can dial a CO line
number which has the same first digits as the
called busy CO line without dialing the full
number.
Operation
To use CO Step Call when receiving busy tone,
press the [SPEED] button and dial the last 1 digit.
Then the previous call is terminated and new call
is established.
DIAL PULSE SENDING – Analog CO only
Description
Each CO line is programmed to provide the
appropriate signaling to the Central Office. A CO
line can be programmed to send pulse signal at
10pps with a break/make ratio of 60/40 or 66/33.
Digits dialed by the user are converted to the
proper signal for the CO line and sent over the
CO line.
Operation
Dialing a phone number, it is changed to Dial
Pulse signal and the phone number is dialed.
