7.12 Setting the motion detection feature

Cameras equipped with a motion detection feature will inter-
pret any changes in the image as motion which can trigger
different kinds of actions. Changes in the image caused by
animals, clouds, cars, flying leaves and other objects will also
be recognized as motion even though they are not supposed
to trigger any action; therefore, the settings for the motion
detection feature must be made with great care. If there are
many false alarms, change the settings accordingly or disable
the motion detection feature.
Call up the menu "Parameter", click the submenu "Alarm"
and then click the section "Motion".
