SPILLAGE SAFETY SYSTEM

For safety, this appliance is fitted with an oxygen sensitive pilot system. This will cut off the gas
supply to the appliance if the oxygen level in the room falls below its normal level. If this happens
it usually indicates that there is a problem with the flue system. The fire must not be used and the
problem corrected by a competent person.
This device is not a substitute for an independently mounted carbon monoxide detector.

CLEANING

Ensure that the fire is cool before attempting any cleaning.
Clean only the trims, fascia and metal parts. Do not clean the ceramic components.
Use a lightly damp cloth to wipe away any dirt or marks from the metalwork.

FASCIA

This appliance can be used with several different Vision Fires fascia's or frets. For full instructions
on how to fit them please refer to the guide that is supplied with them.
Any fascia or fret to be used must conform to the following dimensions (Fig. 15).
