Inspect for external damage, dents, loose
rivets or cracks, loose chain tensioner
Check the structure and welds for damage,
deformation, corrosion and cracks
Inspect all elevating assembly components
(e.g chains,sheaves,pullys,chain anchors,
pins,etc.) for wear damage, deformation,
Lubricate lift chains
Check sequence ropes tension
Check chain tension
Remove and inspect chains
Check cables for pinch or rubbing points
Check the structure and welds for damage,
deformation, corrosion and cracks
Check component mounting for correct
Check for leaks
Check for correct torque

correctly (drive and platform raise functions
are disabled and only platform lowering
enabled) when the chassis inclinination
Check full drive speed range is enabled when
the platform is stowed.
Check that only reduced drive speed range is
enabled when the platform is elevated.
