1. HORIZONTAL SITUATION INDICATOR ( HSI) -- Provides a
pictorial presentation of aircraft deviation relative to VOR/GPS
radials and localizer beams.

2. NAV FLAG -- Flag is in view when the NAV receiver signal is
inadequate.
3. HEADING RE FERENCE (LU B BER LINE) -- Magnetic heading
appears under this line when the compass card is slaved or
slewed to the aircraft's magnetic heading.
4. HEADING WARNING FLAG ( HOG) - - When flag is in view, the
heading display is invalid.
5. COURSE SELECT POINTER -- Indicates VOR/Localizer or
GPS course on the compass card. The selected VOR radial
or localizer heading remains set on the compass card when
the compass card rotates.
