Attach the connectors from the PCIII USB EX
harness to the throttle bodies and stock wiring
harness connectors as shown in Figure D.

Attach the ground wire from the PCIII USB EX
to the frame using the stock upper bolt
holding the coolant reserve bottle to the frame
as shown in Figure E.
Verify the ground wire from the PCIII USB EX
is between the coolant bottle and the frame.

Reinstall the coolant reserve bottle.

Install the PCIII USB EX to the left hand ram air
tube. Use the supplied zip ties to secure the
PCIII USB EX harness to the stock wiring
harness. This will secure the PCIII USB EX in
place without needing to use the velcro.

Reinstall all body work.
10 Insert the cd provided into your computer's
cd-rom drive.
11 Follow the on-screen instructions to install the
PCIII USB EX software.

download software tutorials and the latest
maps.
Note: This bike uses a servo to hold the
throttle plate open during cold starts. Verify
the bike is up to operating temperature before
resetting the throttle position on the
PCII USB EX software.
