VII. Dealer Sales/Service Authorization
To become authorized to sell, service and maintain the imageRUNNER ADVANCE
6500 Series a dealership must have at least two (2) technicians who have
successfully completed at least one (1) of the learning paths below:
•
For technicians certified on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8000/8200 and
6000/6200 Series Hardware, complete the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8500
and 6500 Series Hardware Update Online Course
•
For technicians not already certified on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE
8000/8200 and 6000/6200 Series Hardware, complete the imageRUNNER
ADVANCE 8000/8200/8500 and 6000/6200/6500 Series Hardware 5-Day
Blended Course.
VIII. Educational Training
The blended training program is offered to leverage online training to maximize
hands-on time with the machines in the classroom.
The formats are as follows:

Online Training – students must complete online material before attending an
Instructor-led session
•
Instructor-led Training (ILT) – available at each of our Canon Regional
Training Facilities

The learning path for the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6500 Series Devices
has been designed to build the knowledge and skills of your support
professionals that will affect your customers in the most positive manner, both
in the support of the product and the solutions you offer.

1. Learning Path for New Service Technicians

This training path is a comprehensive blended learning program, which
will prepare the new service technician to setup and service the
imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6500 Series devices.
