Dealer Sales/Service Authorization

To obtain and maintain authorization to sell or service an imageRUNNER device,
every Authorized Reseller's location must have at least one employee who has
successfully completed the appropriate imageRUNNER device-training program,
and who has been certified, as described in
VIII.

A. Training Program Overview
The imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4700 Series Online Hardware Update
course identifies the universal imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX platform
enhancements,
enhancements for DX series devices, and the hardware modifications and
enhancements required to successfully service the imageRUNNER ADVANCE
DX 4700 Series machines in the field.
