1. Cut the pipe to the desired
length.
2. Cut the rod inside the pipe.
Make sure that the rod is fixed
while cutting.
NOTE!
Be careful when cutting the inner
rod. Too much force on the inner
rod may cause the spacers
centering the rod to come loose.
3. Update the transmitter
configuration to the new probe
length.
• Pipes longer than 49
inches/1250 mm can be
shortened by as much as 23.6
inches/600 mm.
• Pipes shorter than 49
inches/1250 mm can be cut as
long as the remaining length is
not less than 15.7 inches/400
mm.
