Preparation

Turning the unit on/off

Connect a DC power source to the DC input terminal
≥ The unit will turn on and the status indicators of the unit and the Camera Head will light in green.
≥ If the status indicator flashes in red when the unit turns on, the unit needs to be restarted.
Press the power button to turn off the unit, and then press the power button again to turn it on.
∫ To turn off the unit
Press the power button on the unit.
≥ After use, disconnect the DC cable.
Removing the DC power source with the unit turned on may cause the unit and the Camera
Head to malfunction. Be sure to use the power button to turn off the unit.
≥ When the unit turns off, the status indicators of the unit and the Camera Head go off and the unit enters standby
mode. In standby mode, the unit consumes a small amount of power. After use, disconnect the DC cable.
≥ The unit will turn on if you press the power button again while the DC power source is connected.
≥ To force shut down the unit, press the power button of the unit for 10 seconds or more.
≥ The setups saved in the unit are reflected to the Camera Head after the unit is turned on.
≥ Connecting or removing the Camera Head with this unit turned on may cause this unit and the Camera Head to
malfunction. Be sure to turn off this unit before connecting/disconnecting the Camera Head to/from it.
≥ The status indicator lights or flashes in red if there is a problem such as malfunction or cable disconnection.
