Unlock a Username

To unlock a username:
1. Select the Account Name from the All Accounts Status
frame by clicking on it to highlight it.
2. Click Unlock to open the dialog box asking if you wish to
proceed with this action.
TIP: Click No to close the dialog box.
3. Click Yes to display the alert box indicating the account
was unlocked.
4. Click OK to close the alert box, and to remove the locked
symbol from the Locked column for the row corre-
sponding to the username.

View Locked IP Address, Unlock IP Address

View Locked IPs

The Current Locked IP Addresses frame displays any IP
address currently locked.

Unlock an IP Address

To unlock the IP address of a machine:
1. In the Current Locked IP Addresses frame, click the IP
address to highlight it.
2. Click Unlock to open the dialog box, asking if you wish to
unlock the IP address.
TIP: Click No to close the dialog box.
3. Click Yes to display the alert box indicating the IP
address was unlocked.
4. Click OK to close the alert box, and to remove the IP
address from the list.
