guide for the user that wants to start running the MyCycler immediately.

the functions associated with it.

Section 4, Thermal Cycling Protocols: This chapter describes how to use
the Protocol Library, as well as the parameters, organization, and layout of
thermal cycling protocols.

Section 5, Creating and Editing Protocols: This chapter explains how to use
the Edit screen, and the process of creating and editing protocols.

Section 6, Running Protocols: This chapter provides instructions on how to
run any protocol. This includes a number of options for controlling the execution
