This manual is organized into the following sections.

guide for the user that wants to start running the MyCycler immediately.
• Section 3, The Home Screen: This chapter describes the Home screen and
the functions associated with it.
• Section 4, Thermal Cycling Protocols: This chapter describes how to use
the Protocol Library, as well as the parameters, organization, and layout of
thermal cycling protocols.
• Section 5, Creating and Editing Protocols: This chapter explains how to use
