    The linear bearings require almost no maintenance. Recommended is that you put a little some grease on them every 3-4 months. The belt tension of the x and y axis can also be checked in intervals of 3 months.     The most common causes to get a clogged hot-end are (ordered from most common to least common): Wrong slicing profiles. Don’t use slicing settings of the FELIX 3 for the Tec 4. This will most likely result in clogs especially when there is a series of retractions happening in a short time.

    If above two things are ok, inspect the connections on the control board. Are the terminals and/or connectors ok for the respective heater which is giving issues.
